Tolo beef, also known as salted beef, is a basic ingredient in Ghanaian cooking. As a way to make the salted beef more flavorful, it’s basically cured with herbs and spices. It is a key ingredient in most soups and stews and in angwa mo (oil rice). No artificial coloring has been included.
